  1. Has anyone been tracking how much has been paid by big banks as settlements to the Treasury from the DOJ lawsuits? Shouldn’t that money be used as Paid back by FnF? At the very least it should be put into an account as insurance in case this ever happened again with selling sub-prime lending. I believe the DOJ made it illegal after the Great Depression as the main reason it happened. Thoughts?
